Welcome to Groove Dance Competition and Convention!
Groove produces the best dance competitions and dance conventions in the United States. We cannot wait for our 2026 season and hope that you and your studio family will be a part of it. This season, we are excited to offer: three levels of competition, our FREE photo and video package for every registered competitor, single-stage competitions with entry caps, 73 regional competitions, and THREE 2026 National Finals in Atlantic City, NJ, Orlando, FL and Nashville, TN.
